Fault analysis:

The prime mover fails (including power supply); the boiler feed pump is stuck; the stuffing box is pressed too tight; the discharge valve is not closed.

resolvent:

Check the power supply and prime mover of boiler feed pump; turn again to confirm the coupling condition; loosen the packing; restart the inlet and outlet valves of the pipe.
